Thank you for shopping with Tazmo.in. We take pride in delivering your gifts safely and on time. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand our delivery timelines, charges, and procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or certain products require extra handling time (e.g., personalized gifts), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email or phone if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. For remote or restricted delivery areas, shipping times may vary depending on courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: Free on orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499: A nominal delivery fee of ₹49 may apply
- Express or Same-Day Delivery (where available): Additional charges will apply and be shown at checkout
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive orders faster than rural or remote areas.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the respective courier partner’s website.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are entered correctly during checkout. Tazmo will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply if you wish to resend the package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care while packing your products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at support@tazmo.in. We will review and assist with replacement or refund as applicable.
In rare cases where an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and either resend your order or process a refund once confirmed.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, this service will be introduced soon — please stay tuned for updates!
